Located in the established residential suburb of Berala, this family residence was designed to bring together comfort, practicality and a polished modern finish. The home retains a strong classic street presence, with its brick exterior, timber fencing and traditional residential form. Internally, the property opens into a bright and functional layout, with clean white finishes, plantation shutters, tiled flooring and generous living areas that connect directly to the rear garden. The kitchen was finished with a contemporary island bench, sleek cabinetry, integrated cooking appliances and a contrasting feature wall that gives the space depth and definition. The open-plan living and dining areas were designed to feel light, comfortable and easy to use, creating a home that supports both everyday family life and relaxed entertaining. To the rear, the covered alfresco area and private lawn provide a practical outdoor extension of the home.
